If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

YES! All of my products are able to be customized. Most of my listings allow you to customize within the listing or by including a note during checkout. If you don't see that request within the description, just message me before purchasing the product you'd like to customize and I'll create a custom listing for you!

Due to the custom nature of the item I do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. I ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. I only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. I will always do my best to accommodate your requests!

At times, shipping carriers experience delays, whether than be Usps, Fedex or UPS. We can't guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even when the tracking provides an estimated arrival date. If you've purchased from me, rest assured that your item will be shipped, I am in no position to guarantee the delivery timeline. I cannot cancel or refund shipments that do not arrive on time. If it does not arrive on time, please contact me AND the shipping carrier. I try my best to work with you, but I cannot control a shipping delay. Please understand, NO returns/refunds are accepted for shipping delays.

There are no refunds since every item is custom.
If an item breaks in shipment, any damage must be reported to my shop within 48 hours of the package arriving. Please provide photos of the damaged item and the package it was delivered in. I will either replace the item, or you can contact usps/fed ex for a refund. If you opt to open a claim with the shipping carrier, you MUST keep the shipping materials in order to prove that it was damaged.

If you need your order sooner than the projected timeline, you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days. I also offer shipping upgrades that you can find in each listing.

Wren and Olive Laser Co is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen - all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once I hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item - please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with
your local police department.
